G.S.A. Anyone Know Of a Garage Sale Anonymous Group? :)

I think I have a problem. Is there a GSA group anywhere? You know, Garage Sale Anonymous group? I did okay today. I limited myself several times.
But THIS!?!?! How could I pass this awesome soda/refrigerator up? It is soo awesome and works. AND the price was right. Guess how much I got this for? $20!!! He was asking $25 but dropped it for me. What a STEAL!

I cleaned it all up and can't wait to use it once I move!

Look at this! Not sure how old it is and haven't had time to look it up, but it is an old flashlight! It was $2.

I'm trying not to collect too many glass soda bottles but I would like unique ones and I think this one is unique! 50 cents...

Another neat looking camera that I need to look up and find out more about it. It was only $2.

And of course...2 more avon bottles for 50 cents each. How can I pass these guys up? Avon did so many neat perfume bottles!!!

Here is another angle. An eagle and a cowboy riding a horse!

So Many Goodies

So you've seen this before. You pay a quarter and get a gumball!

Now it is full! Yay!

A few tin cans...

This looks okay...I was hoping it would look a  little better, but it should work.

Ok, so this doesn't look like much and I'm not sure how much I can alter it, but guess what's inside? I've been needing a sewing machine because I want to learn to sew...and I don't want anything super complicated so when I saw this...

Vintage and cute and sewing machine! You can't tell but the machine is actually a light green color which I think  adds character...it is cuter in person. Anyway, it works so I love it!

The top two tin cans are from 1908!!!! The bottom one is from 1925! I don't really like them that much but they have to have some worth don't they?

A cute little candle holder. I love that saying...

Best suitcase ever! My favorite suitcase EVER!

Here is the outside....so much character if I can doctor it up a bit...

It's sideways, but here is a close up...

Another suitcase I got....

I have an idea to put these on the wall with cute scrapbook paper on them and reminders or quotes! It'll be so cute!

How could I pass this Sears Doctor's scale up? :)
I love it but probably paid too much for it....$20. It is about 5 pounds off...I'm hoping I can fix that...

I've been looking at new patio furniture for awhile now just to see prices. Nothing is less than $250.  So I found this set....use your imagination, sand them down, re-paint them and re-do the cushion seats and bam. It will look much better. Also, the table needs a glass top or something. I am working on this project currently...

Have a great day!

La De Dah

I got this for $5....after a few hours of goo be gone and  scraping and....

Here is the desk after!

You can't tell much of a difference with the shoe shine kit but I sanded it a bit and stained it and here    it is
below.
Today I found these to go with the shoe shining kit!

Apparently I have a new obsession - I now have three coaster holders - all unique and cute!

 A few more tin cans...

And naturally, another gumball machine - I couldn't help it! I will sell some of the others because this one is just cool! I got it for $10 at a garage sale!

A cool, $1 basket.

And one coca cola tin can! Sorry it is sideways!

A Few Finds

A chest I got for $8. This is before...
This is the inside...then I sanded it...
This is after I stained it with a dark chesnut...
Here is the outside...
I don't know what possessed me, but I bought this desk...from the 60's or 70's???
It is going to take me awhile to get all the stickers off...
This was basically free at a garage sale and I think I could use this italian poster somewhere...if not, oh well, I'll have a garage sale!
It's sideways but I got these three mugs: Texas, Cali and Washington - and they were basically free as well, so how could i pass them up?
I got this for $1. It has a bunch of coasters in it. I love it! I have some ideas for this!

Just a cool box...
And another cool looking box...
This next thing is so neat! A firebird royal typewriter. I couldn't find it anywhere except on etsy and the chick told me she sold it for $200. Crazy!

I also got an old shoeshine kit. I think maybe I've gotten out of hand...it needs to be sanded down a bit, but it's cool!

Well, have a great day!
